We have tried pinging Adobe Creative Cloud website using our server and the website returned the above results. If creative.adobe.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Clear the temporary cache and cookies on your browser to make sure that you have the most recent version of the web page. For instructions choose your browser :

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

If you trying to update you're applications using the Creative Cloud App and are using a mac basically its a permission problem that has only happened with the upgrade to El Capitan. I don't know if you are familiar with the software etc so forgive me if the instructions are aimed at an average 6 year old! :0)

Go into your system preferences / Security & Privacy / Firewall. If the lock symbol at the bottom left is locked then click on it and put in your password (the one you use to allow installation etc)

Click on Firewall Options:

Then using the + sign on the left under the empty window add in all your adobe software from your application folder using the pop up browse window INCLUDING the Creative Cloud App. Also select "Automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections".

Click okay and re-lock the lock. Quite out of the preferences. Switch your broadband connection off and on or restart. Give it a moment or too and relaunch your CC app. This has worked for me although it gave me the same errror message for a few minutes on one of the applications and then it blew through.

Good luck. If you are using a PC you will need again to add the servers or applications to your allowed list - but I do PC's so ya are on your own there!

I haven't been able to log in for the past 24 hours. I thought maybe it was a password problem, but when I ask to reset my password it tells me my address doesn't exist in their database. Also, signing in on their website brings up a page with a bunch of Chinese characters on it. Very strange.

I'm unable to log in currently (3:00PM CST) to the Creative Cloud website - had someone 250 miles away try to log in for me as well and that would be a no-go as well. I can get to the sign-in page to enter my user ID and password and from there it sits with a little icon which spins and spins and spins and does nothing else.

Anyone have a number to report an issue? Their hold times are always horrible.
