No managing bookings........... Serioulsy guys you made the thing pretty but at what cost! And you should try to book a MLTI City booking one day. Its impossible, it simply does not work. Why not just say "ITS BROKEN" and hire more service staff.

I have had trouble with the cathay pacific website yesterday & today. Accessing from both home, work & via mobile, it opened with no pictures and all text on the left hand side, and none of the links is working. Trying to check-in online.

I haven't been able to check-in since 1am this morning (allowed 48 hours prior to flight). It's now 5pm and it's still down... The call centre operator seemed totally unaware (and not really concerned) that both she and I couldn't get in... It's actually stating that they don't have our reservation!
