We have tried pinging BurstNET website using our server and the website returned the above results. If burst.net is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

Can't Access BurstNET - Troubleshooting Instructions

If the site is UP but you cant access the page, try one of the below solutions:

Browser Related Problems

Force a full refresh for the site. This can be achieved by pressing CTRL + F5 keys at the same time on your favourite browser (Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, etc.)

Fix DNS Problems

A Domain Name System (DNS) allows a site IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (*.com) in order to be remembered more easily, like a phonebook for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.

Clear your local DNS cache to make sure that you grab the most recent cache that your ISP has. For Windows - (Start > Command Prompt > type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter). For details choose your operating system :

If you can access a website at office or from a 3G network yet it's not working on your computer, it is a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISPs. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are both excellent and free public DNS services.

Check our help page for step-by-step instructions on how to change your DNS.

More than 60 hours down. I heard they move all servers to another datacenter. The new datacenter is 9 hours driving away. So just wonder what they doing the last 51 hours.... I am a indirect client. I have s VPS from a hoster on the burstnet network. But after 48 hours i got the message what was happening. Moving servers is a hell of a risk they take. I hope they have a big insurance.

I want my data online! I have about 6000 clients don't know whats happening and i can't reach/notify them, How bad is that!

Problem is very bad, they are without AS server as backup routes, so, this mean that they INTERNET has been CUT OUT, so, it cant be fixed without PAYMENT or ROUTES PROBLEMS, it seens to be more monetary problems. We will move to another provider and as a credit card charge back if not solve today.

Server down now for 18+ hours. No response at all from support ticket system. They have moved servers to a new data center and evidently do not have the integrity to update their customers as to the cause of the excessive delay in service.

Server is down (almost half day), support seems slow too as on 14th/15th Aug. My server is at Scranton. They said they are relocating.
