We have tried pinging Bell Canada website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. I waited almost an hour to talk to a rep. I was told that there is an issue with every platform (i.e. Live Mail, Outlook) and on mobile devices. He said it may take up to 48 hrs to fix. You can log on to Bell Mail online in the meantime. Grrrrr

Get error message when trying to send/receive in Outlook. 0x900ccc92. ERR mail storage services unavailable. Wait and try again later. Unable to get help either by phone or chat due to "high volume of calls". What is going on? If there is a major issue with e-mail Bell should be posting it on their main website.

Bell email has been down since around 4 p.m. today (Tuesday) for iPhones and hotmail login ("unable to connect to server"). Is there a virus in the server like a week ago with up to one week to resolve this issue? The Internet is fine, just no email.

Bell email has been down since around 5 p.m. today (Sunday). I just spoke with a tech rep who said they discovered a virus in the server and it may take up to one week to resolve this issue. The Internet is fine, just no email.

Getting ever so frustrated with my cell phone I-phone 5 (mail). Now ty I can receive mail but cannot send. Everyone tells me something else. What's up with all this. Several weeks of problems. Having trouble getting Bell Internet Check Up to run. Keeps trying to upload flash player even though my flash is current and browser is IE 8l.
