We have tried pinging Better Business Bureau website using our server and the website returned the above results. If is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress...

I can search for a business & find them but clicking on anything takes me back to the search page. Same on tablet & desktop via MS Edge & Chrome.

I just tried again and got this just now.
500 Internal Server Error

Looks to be an issue with DNS. Probably lost a bgp link somewhere. Since all of their sites redirect to IP:, all of their DNS names load with 500 error.

May not be "down" but the site doesn't come up in Firefix, chrome, or IE. The status message is "transferring data from" or something like that. Sits there with a blank white screen. I waited about 3 minutes before I gave up waiting.

LA BBB is down because they're being kicked out of BBB National. BBB National is up but not all companies are visible (yet).
