Fix DNS Problems

Having Problems with Accessing

I cannot use the site to even pay my past due balance. I can't make edits to my business profile. When I login no matter if it's on the personal side it just takes me straight to my business profile mind you it has different login credentials so this makes "0" sense. The site is in an awful state and it's been about 1 month now.

Please resolve these issues or I wish to permanently leave Angie's List. I hope thumbtack is better because Yelp is also Terrible. I don't think Angie's List cares really because there obviously not "we're working on it" anything. This is rather pathetic.

I've contacted Angies list 3 times in the past 10 days about no search function. First time was a phone call and was told "we're working on it" ok I can understand that. After a week, I emailed customer service and received back a generic "sorry for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah" Yesterday I left a strongly worded message on a message page I found somewhere else on their website complaining about customer service's generic response and their failure to take ownership of the problem much less try to offer a work around or some other solution. Angies List has truly lost touch with its customers.

My purchase history is gone as is my ability to exchange messages with service providers. When I called customer service they said that the site is undergoing enhancements and there is no completion date. This is troubling because I have purchased deals that are about to expire and they don't show up anywhere on my account. Customer service was dismissive of my concerns.
