Fix DNS Problems

When is the problem going to b e fix, every day your site down for one reason or another. You can even down load records but you can take my money to be on your site, Fix it and stop playing with it, yous have made this site worst instend of better

It still is not working through FTM 3! I can get on the website, but FTM says I'm not connected the the internet! How crazy is that? I bought FTM so that I could easily work between the Ancestry site and FTM, and now I'm stymied. No-one has answered my plea for a reason, a fix, or an apology. We're heading into day 4 here on BC's West Coast. I think I need a rebate!!!

It has been done most of the day in British Columbia. I did manage to finally get into but it has problems as well. Anything linked to Ancestry including Rootsweb and Find A Grave are unavailable as well.

If you have a subscription for more than just Canadian records (such as World Deluxe) you can log into ancestry.COM, which is back up, but is experiencing problems in displaying records.

I called and talked to them about another issue which they fixed for me but the person I talked to said the problem is persisting and they are trying their best to get it done quickly. We know they are but it has to happen just when that name you wanted to delve into - disappeared! :) I'm on the west coast also and having the same connecting problems. Will mow the lawn instead. :(

Although messages are saying that is now available I cannot access it. The sign-in page comes up quickly but when I try to sign in I'm told that the web page is not available. I've cleared all my history and cookies so am starting afresh. I know that the technicians are working diligently to rectify the problem but also wanted them to know what I had tried and the result obtained.

I have been able to access my tree via Again, the sign-in page for this site comes up quickly. I am able to sign in albeit slowly. The photos/documents for my tree are not showing up.

Like everyone else, I'm frustrated but wanted to tell Ancestry that I know you are trying your best to get us all back on-line and back to our research.
